remote elegance of a new build
King Island • $3 million
The project was an Architectural designed home, on the north side of King Island, designed by Core Collective. This project was the construction of a bespoke, off-grid house, which incorporated high quality materials to achieve an 8-star energy rating. The home is completely off grid, and consists of rammed earth and fabricated concrete walls, rock walls quarried from the Island. Aluminium roof and Silvertop hardwood cladding.
Evolve Commercial is the licensed builder and the project management team on this project. Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, we successfully managed the project remotely, coordinating interstate trades and logistics
