Our experienced team is dedicated to ensuring that every aspect of the construction process meets the highest standards.
We understand that each project presents its own challenges and requires strict adherence to regulatory requirements.
By applying specialised construction methodologies, we ensure full compliance with council regulations and conditions, while maintaining efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and a strong commitment to quality and safety.

CHANGE OF USE BUILDING

GEELONG • $1 million

Designed by Joyce Architects, we managed existing neglected building multi level restoration of 140 Moorabool Street in Geelong.

The project involved the building’s interior demolished, and the rear façade was removed. We reinstalled the rear façade with the use of a glass façade covered, new staircase and new entry point, and we carried out the restoration of the roof and ceiling linings.
The walls were cladded in stainless steel. The project required high levels of detail for the new mesh façade to sit flush with the building. It was shipped from Germany and required us to communicate with international stakeholders to insure the set up was correct.

childcare centre renovation

king island • $1 million

This project was completed in two stages. The scope of stage one was from ground up – the construction of a new dwelling for the King Island Childcare.
Stage two was the renovation and extension of the original dwelling on the project site to bring it up to the current government standards.

Office Space Renovation and Three-Level Lift Installation

hawthorn • $1 million

In Burwood Road  Hawthorn, we undertook tenancy improvements for a two-level property with carpark facilities, aimed at enhancing its leasing potential. This project involved constructing new facilities on both levels, updating the front façade, and revitalising the common areas, including
re-tiling the terrace and installing a segmented Sculptform fence.

We executed this work while the top floor remained occupied, which required careful pedestrian management and temporary facilities for occupants.
